Joseline Garrido Mondragon, 20, tragically died after being ejected from a vehicle involved in a crash on Interstate 65 near Exit 252 in Hoover on Monday evening. The accident took place around 8:00 p.m., and Mondragon, who was a backseat passenger from Montgomery, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.

Two other individuals suffered injuries in the collision and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the wreck.
