Marcus Dewayne Stollenwreck dies in fatal Birmingham shooting

Fatal Birmingham shooting death of Marcus Dewayne Stollenwreck – Obituary

Marcus Dewayne Stollenwreck, age 45, was fatally shot inside a residence on the 1700 block of 50th Street in Ensley, Birmingham on May 30. Officers arrived at the scene around 1:55 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting and found Stollenwreck inside the home, where Birmingham Fire and Rescue pronounced him deceased.

According to preliminary findings, a family member discovered Stollenwreck at the location. The Birmingham Police Department is treating the case as a homicide and continues to investigate. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact BPD.
