Fatal Charleston County shooting death of Shantwan Hoard – Obituary
Shantwan Hoard, 37, of Charleston, was fatally wounded in a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning on Warm Avenue. He was transported to Trident Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries around 5:30 a.m. Sunday, June 8.
Authorities arrested 19-year-old Calvin Jerome Brown over the weekend in connection with the shooting. The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
