Law enforcement officials have confirmed the identities of two individuals who lost their lives due to gunshot wounds. One fatal shooting incident occurred at approximately 1:56 a.m. and took place in the northern part of Broadway, specifically the 50 block. The identity of the victim in that particular case is Azeem Holmes, who was a nineteen-year-old citizen of Fargo.

Separately, another shooting incident happened at roughly 2:26 a.m. in the 4700 block of 16th Avenue South. The person killed in this second incident has been identified by police as Elijah Hughes, a twenty-year-old resident of Fargo.
