Fatal Frankfort incident death of Dwayne Chadwell
The body of a Frankfort man, Dwayne Chadwell, was discovered Monday afternoon at the Farmdale Sanitation District. Frankfort authorities arrived at the scene around 4 p.m. The Franklin County Coroner’s office confirmed the male identity as Dwayne Chadwell.
