San Diego County officials have officially identified two individuals involved in fatal road accidents within the county recently. According to reports from the local Medical Examiner’s Office, Chong Kil Kim, who was 79 years old and a resident of Valley Center, died as a result of the severe injuries sustained in a multi-vehicle accident occurring on southbound Interstate 15, located north of Camino Del Norte in Rancho Penasquitos. The collision happened on Sunday morning, and Mr. Kim did not survive the incident at the scene.

Separately, Abdullah Mohammad Al Husain, a seventeen-year-old from Spring Valley, was pronounced dead following the crash involving the vehicle he was operating. This occurred around 7:30 p.m. on July 28th on East Palomar Street in Chula Vista. The sedan he was driving lost control and collided with a palm tree. Paramedics arrived at the scene but were unable to save Mr. Al Husain, who succumbed to his injuries before being transported to a medical facility.
