Fatal Cass County motorcycle crash death of Christopher Alexander

Cass County law enforcement confirmed the identity of the deceased man killed Wednesday after his motorcycle met with an unfortunate accident in Deerfield Township, Cass County. The man is Christopher Alexander, aged 54, originally from Pine River.

Emergency services were dispatched to a crash scene at approximately 7:23 a.m. local time. Initial reports indicated a 1999 Harley-Davidson motorcycle had departed the Pine Mountain Road roadway during the early morning hours and subsequently struck a ditch. Crews discovered Christopher Alexander deceased at the location.

Further examination by responding units from Backus Fire and First Response, alongside medical transport from North Memorial Health Ambulance, was conducted at the site. The incident is currently under investigation, and arrangements for a post-mortem examination have been made through the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office.
