Law enforcement authorities in Wichita are seeking out a nineteen-year-old male, identified as Brasher, who is suspected of operating the vehicle involved in a deadly collision. This unfortunate incident transpired on Wednesday close to the intersection of Harry and Rock Road.

Approximately at 6:30 in the evening, a law enforcement officer from the Kansas Highway Patrol, who was patrolling the vicinity, observed the scene of the accident and noted two individuals attempting to flee from a damaged black BMW. Following a brief pursuit, the suspects were successfully apprehended by authorities.

Initial reports gathered by police suggest the BMW was moving at a dangerously elevated speed. The vehicle subsequently collided with a power pole and a utility box. The force of this impact propelled the aforementioned infrastructure towards Jackson Nzabonimpa, resulting in his immediate fatality at the crash site.

Individuals present at the location recognized one of the drivers as Brasher. He is currently under suspicion for allegedly driving while affected by alcohol or other substances.
