Fatal Franklin Township car crash death of Juanita Sebastian

The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that an 88-year-old female passed away following a multiple vehicle collision on Sunday afternoon in Warren County. Patrol officers were dispatched to Dixie Highway, located south of Manchester Road within Franklin Township, just before the twelfth hour of the day.

Following their investigation, the state patrol confirmed that the deceased was operating a 2005 Buick LaCrosse while proceeding northeast on Dixie Highway. At the time of the incident, a 60-year-old woman was driving a 2015 Kia Sedona in the opposite direction, southwest on the highway. The older driver reportedly veered off the roadway, crossing the center line, and collided directly with the Kia Sedona.

The identity of the deceased was established as Juanita Sebastian. She was taken by ambulance to Atrium Medical Center but was pronounced dead upon arrival at the healthcare facility. The occupants of the Kia Sedona, both the driver and a passenger, were also transported to Kettering Health Middletown, where they received treatment for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the circumstances surrounding this collision are currently under further examination.
