Roan Street and located a man in the surrounding parking area with serious injuries from gunfire. Medical examiners confirmed that Justin Sturdivant, a 37-year-old resident of Johnson City, died at the scene. Initial reports suggested the incident started as a disagreement between two individuals, which then became physical and led to the use of weapons. Authorities made an arrest at the location of Jacob McGlone, a 45-year-old from Scottsboro, Alabama, who faces charges including murder.
