Fatal Cleveland shooting death of Yadiel Flecha.

According to law enforcement, they received a report at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Friday regarding a male who had sustained injuries from a firearm in the 4200 block of Bohn Road.

Upon responding to the scene, officers located Flecha inside an apartment building, where he was pronounced to have suffered a bullet wound.

Investigation reports indicate that the individual had been shot externally before being taken indoors by bystanders.

Emergency medical services from Cleveland transported the victim to MetroHealth Hospital, but despite efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.

Currently, no suspects have been apprehended, and the department’s Homicide Division is underway with a probe into this homicide incident.
