The deceased was found within the rear seating area of a dark Honda Civic situated near the emergency room entrance. Hospital personnel observed the body was covered by numerous blankets and secured with duct tape.
The vehicle, which displayed a Maine registration plate, was discovered parked externally at the emergency department entrance. Declan’s father, Brendan Perry, confirmed the automobile’s ownership and explained that a windshield puncture, evidenced by a hole in the rear window, was sustained some time ago due to debris impact.
