Brenda Lee Wilson dies in fatal Highland Park fall from overpass

Fatal Highland Park overpass fall involving Brenda Lee Wilson

Highland Park authorities were notified on Tuesday morning after reports of a woman suspended from the Avenue 60 overpass structure on the Arroyo Seco (110) Parkway around 10:20 a.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

According to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson Lyndsey Lantz, Ms. Wilson subsequently fell or jumped, striking a vehicle that was passing below. The driver of that car remained uninjured at the scene. Ms. Wilson was pronounced deceased at the location. The fire department official indicated the victim was approximately 55 years old.
