Angela Wymer dies in fatal Clearwater car crash

Fatal Clearwater car crash death of Angela Wymer

Clearwater law enforcement authorities are currently examining the circumstances surrounding a Saturday evening fatality at the Clearwater Mall parking area. Initial information regarding the event has been provided by the Clearwater Police force.

The incident happened around 7 p.m., located in the 2700 block of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard. The event involved a Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority bus and a female individual walking outside the bus.

The person who passed away has been identified as Angela Wymer, who was 39 years old and lived in Clearwater. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Preliminary police statements suggest that Ms. Wymer was trying to attract the driver’s attention by tapping on the bus side prior to it pulling away from the stop. According to those involved, she then lost her balance and ended up underneath the vehicle.

Investigators are continuing their work on this case.
