Robert S. Murphy dies in fatal Harvest motorcycle crash

Fatal Harvest motorcycle crash death of Robert S. Murphy

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, a man from Huntsville died following a serious collision near Harvest. The incident occurred on Highway 53 close to Jeff Road just before noon on Saturday.

The agency reported that Murphy, a 66-year-old individual, was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a pickup truck. Murphy and the two occupants of the truck were transported to a medical facility, but Murphy unfortunately succumbed to his injuries there. The ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division is currently examining this incident. The current status of the two truck passengers is not yet known.
