Kayla S. Wise, 25, of Guntersville, tragically died in a single-vehicle accident in Marshall County on Saturday, officials reported. The crash occurred around 11:41 a.m. on Needmore Road, roughly two miles west of Albertville.
According to Alabama State Troopers, Wise’s vehicle veered off the road, collided with a tree, and ignited. Authorities noted that she was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators continue to examine the circumstances that led to the fatal accident.
