Fatal Toledo, Ohio shooting death of Andrew Shively – Obituary

Andrew Shively, 36, was fatally shot on Friday in central Toledo, authorities confirmed. Police responded to a report of a person shot at St. Paul’s Community Center, 230 13th Street, around 3:04 p.m. and found Shively with at least one gunshot wound.

Emergency responders transported him to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries. The Toledo Police Department is investigating the incident as a homicide and is seeking information from the public regarding the circumstances of Shively’s death.
