Fatal Covington homicide death of Jonesha Robinson – Obituary

Authorities have identified 28-year-old Jonesha Robinson as the woman who died after being found with head trauma early Monday morning in Covington, Tennessee.

Police responded shortly after 6:30 a.m. on December 30 to a home on Price Street, where Robinson was discovered naked and unconscious in the yard. She was transported to a hospital but later succumbed to her injuries.

Investigators have charged 30-year-old Aireiz Macklin in connection with Robinson’s death. Macklin, who is on probation for a prior felony harassment conviction, faces charges of second-degree murder, aggravated domestic assault, and tampering with evidence. He is currently held in jail on a $1 million bond.
