Fatal Los Angeles West Hills car crash death of Rick Neff – Obituary
Rick Neff, 80, lost his life in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday night in the West Hills area of Los Angeles, authorities confirmed.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office, Neff’s hometown was not disclosed. Emergency responders were called to the 24440 block of Bell Canyon Road around 8:23 p.m. after reports of a vehicle accident.
Investigators said the car veered off the roadway, ultimately striking a tree. Los Angeles Police and Fire Department personnel arrived quickly, but Neff was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials have not released further information and are continuing to investigate the circumstances that led to the crash.
