Greenville, North Carolina Man Kee-Antwoin Lynch Arrested in Pitt County for Assault by Strangulation and Deadly Weapon
GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA — Kee-Antwoin Lynch, a 33-year-old resident of Greenville, was arrested in Pitt County in connection with a violent domestic assault that occurred in the presence of children.
According to the Greenville Police Department, Lynch was taken into custody on Friday following an incident that took place Thursday. Authorities say Lynch strangled one woman with his hands, making it difficult for her to breathe, and threw a blender with sharp glass edges at another woman, causing severe cuts to her face and arms. Court documents state the assault occurred in front of three children, including two 12-year-olds.
Lynch was transported to the Pitt County Detention Center and is currently facing charges of assault by strangulation, assault with a deadly weapon, and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with a minor present. He was denied bond and is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Monday.
