Fatal Bridgewater, Massachusetts car crash death of Lee Marie Hagerty – Obituary

Lee Marie Hagerty, a 55-year-old resident of Bridgewater, was killed Tuesday evening after being struck by an SUV in the town, according to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office.

The collision occurred around 5:15 p.m. at the intersection of Route 104 and Vernon Street. Bridgewater police arrived at the scene and determined that Hagerty had been hit by a Honda CR-V while she was a pedestrian.

Emergency responders transported Hagerty to Boston Medical Center South in Brockton, where she later died from her injuries.

Investigators said the 66-year-old man driving the SUV remained at the scene following the crash. Authorities continue to look into the circumstances surrounding the incident, and no additional details have been released.
