Fatal Philadelphia car crash death of Siena Marie Brachelli – Obituary

Siena Marie Brachelli, a 19-year-old woman from Chesterfield in Burlington County, New Jersey, was killed Saturday after a serious traffic accident on Interstate 95 in Northeast Philadelphia, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Authorities said the crash occurred around 11:36 a.m. on the northbound lanes of I-95 near Exit 32 at Academy Road. Brachelli was driving a white Acura MDX in the left lane when she lost control of the vehicle.

Police reported that the SUV veered onto the left shoulder, struck a guardrail, and then rolled over into the median. Brachelli was pronounced dead at the scene, and her family was later notified.

Pennsylvania State Police were joined at the scene by the Philadelphia Fire Department and emergency medical personnel, who responded to the incident. No additional details about the cause of the crash were released.
