Michael Pryor, 65, was killed after a motorcycle collision with a passenger vehicle in downtown Phoenix on Wednesday afternoon, according to local authorities. The crash occurred shortly before 2 p.m. at the intersection of 7th Street and Grant Street, just north of Buckeye Road.

Phoenix police said officers arrived to find Pryor suffering from critical injuries. He was transported by paramedics to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Investigators determined that Pryor had been traveling southbound on 7th Street when a vehicle coming from Grant Street attempted a left turn and crossed into his path, leading to the crash. The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with officers.
