Fatal Pinson, Alabama car crash death of Matthew Wade Brasher – Obituary

Matthew Wade Brasher, a 48-year-old resident of Trussville, lost his life following a multi-vehicle collision that occurred in Pinson on February 5. Officials with the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office confirmed his identity after the incident.

The crash took place at approximately 3 p.m. in the 6700 block of Deerfoot Parkway. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported Brasher to UAB Hospital for treatment.

Despite medical efforts, Brasher succumbed to his injuries a short time after arriving at the hospital. Authorities stated that he was driving alone and was the sole occupant of his vehicle at the time of the collision.
