Hannah Rose Henry, 26, an Arizona State University graduate, was killed in a hit-and-run collision while riding her bicycle in south Phoenix, authorities reported.
Phoenix police said the driver responsible was allegedly under the influence of fentanyl at the time of the crash. Henry’s death has deeply affected the local cycling community, who remember her as an avid and passionate rider.
