Rudolph Lassaint dies in fatal Beaumont shooting

Fatal Beaumont shooting death of Rudolph Lassaint – Obituary

Rudolph Lassaint, 31, was killed last week in a shooting on Woodrow Avenue in Beaumont’s South Park neighborhood. Police responded around 8:40 p.m. Friday after reports of gunfire.

Officers arriving at the scene found Lassaint suffering from gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead, and an autopsy was ordered by Justice of the Peace Ransom Jones.

Authorities have issued a murder warrant for 18-year-old Charles Siggers in connection with the shooting. Beaumont Police continue to seek tips from the public to locate and apprehend Siggers.
