The victim, Todd Nechkash Sr., was discovered by the Ridgeway Marshal’s Office and Iowa County deputies during a welfare check at his residence. Officials reported that Todd and his spouse, 67-year-old Kelli R. Nechkash of Black Earth, maintained separate households.
