Fatal Apple Valley, California car crash death of Marvin White – Obituary

Authorities have confirmed that Marvin White, 66, lost his life following a serious two-vehicle collision that occurred on February 7, 2026, at the intersection of Apple Valley Road and Yucca Loma Road.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, deputies and emergency crews responded to reports of a crash at about 10:08 p.m. When they arrived, they discovered that a silver GMC Sierra traveling north on Apple Valley Road had collided with a blue Chrysler 300 that was heading east on Yucca Loma Road.

White, who was behind the wheel of the GMC, suffered critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials from the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office later confirmed his identity and said he was a resident of Apple Valley.

The driver of the Chrysler was seriously hurt and taken to a nearby hospital, where they continue to receive treatment.

Members of the department’s Major Accident Investigation Team took over the case, and the intersection remained closed for several hours as authorities worked to gather evidence. The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
