Coy Reynolds, 41, was killed Wednesday after his pickup collided with a tractor-trailer on Interstate 35 in Fort Worth. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office reported that Reynolds died from blunt force injuries sustained in the accident.

Authorities said the collision occurred around 8:12 p.m. on northbound I-35 near the Highway 287 ramp. Reynolds’ vehicle struck the rear of the tractor-trailer, and emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene. The incident remains under review as officials continue their investigation.
