Authorities have identified 21-year-old Tristan Abernathy of Lydia, Louisiana, as the victim of a deadly shooting that occurred on March 18.

Iberia Parish Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of gunfire around 9 p.m. on the 5000 block of Ponderosa Drive. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Abernathy deceased at the scene.
