Miles Humbird dies in fatal Cass County car crash

Fatal Cass County car crash death of Miles Humbird – Obituary

Miles Humbird, 18, of Archie, Missouri, tragically passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024, after his car flipped on Missouri Route B, about five miles outside of Archie. Humbird, a senior at Archie High School and a member of the varsity football team, had just celebrated his team’s state 8-man championship victory. The crash occurred shortly before 9:30 p.m. when the car he was riding in, a 2015 Kia K900, crossed the center line and flipped. Two other football teammates, who were also in the vehicle, survived the incident. The accident is currently under investigation.
