WALNUT CREEK, Calif.  Antonio Campbell, 46, from Antioch, has been identified as the victim of a deadly crash on Ygnacio Valley Road early Saturday morning. Campbell was driving east when his Tesla struck a tree just west of North Main Street around 2:40 a.m. Police confirmed that he was the only occupant of the vehicle. Investigations are ongoing, and authorities have not yet determined whether the car’s autopilot or full self-driving system was engaged at the time of the crash.
