Fatal Male’ residence death of Mohamed Hisaam – Obituary

Police in Male’ are investigating the death of 40-year-old Mohamed Hisaam, whose body was discovered in a residence in the Maafannu ward on Tuesday, April 22. Authorities identified Hisaam as the deceased, and his body was held at the mortuary pending a post-mortem. However, his family declined the autopsy, and his remains were later returned to them.

Hisaam’s funeral took place at Aa Sahara cemetery following Asr prayers. Although there has been a recent uptick in unexplained deaths in the region, authorities have not yet revealed the cause of these deaths or the circumstances surrounding Hisaam’s case.
