Fatal Charleston pedestrian accident death of Marissa “Blair†Meloy – Obituary
On April 25, 2025, 38-year-old Marissa “Blair†Meloy tragically lost her life in a pedestrian accident in Charleston, South Carolina.
Meloy was attempting to cross Old Towne Road near Charleston Towne Landing at approximately 2 p.m. when she was struck by an Isuzu box truck. Despite efforts to assist her, Meloy was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident is the fifth deadly traffic-related collision in Charleston this year and remains under investigation by local authorities. The family of the victim may have the option to pursue a wrongful death claim.
