Devon Lansing dies in fatal Clinton County crash

Fatal Clinton County crash death of Devon Lansing – Obituary

Devon Lansing, 33, of Wilmington, Ohio, was killed in a tragic two-vehicle accident on May 14 in Clinton County. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported the collision took place around 12:40 p.m. on State Route 73 in Union Township.

According to investigators, Lansing was driving a 2001 Toyota Corolla southbound when the vehicle crossed the center line and struck a Rumpke garbage truck. Lansing was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The driver of the garbage truck was not injured, according to a statement from Rumpke’s safety manager, Bridgett Biggs. Officials are conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
