Fatal Carter County motorcycle crash death of Heather Stewart – Obituary

Heather Stewart, 42, lost her life in a tragic motorcycle accident on Highway 19E in Carter County Saturday night. The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred around 9:12 p.m. when the Harley-Davidson motorcycle they were riding ran off the right side of the road and struck a guardrail near JD Whitehead Road.

The driver, a 52-year-old man who was wearing a helmet, sustained injuries but survived the crash. Stewart, who was also wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
