Fatal Wood County motorcycle crash death of Jonathan Little – Obituary

Jonathan Little, 53, of Bowling Green, lost his life early Wednesday morning following a crash involving his motorcycle and an SUV in Wood County. Authorities reported the incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on State Route 582 near Tontogany Road in Washington Township.

Investigators say Little was riding his motorcycle eastbound when he struck a deer that had wandered onto the roadway. After the initial impact, an SUV—also traveling east and driven by 36-year-old Paul Turner, also of Bowling Green—struck both Little and his motorcycle.

Emergency responders pronounced Little dead at the scene. Turner was unharmed in the crash, according to information released by the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation as officials continue to gather details.
