John Bainter dies in fatal Haverhill truck crash

Fatal Haverhill truck crash death of John Bainter

John Bainter, a 67-year-old man from Bradford, was killed Thursday when the box truck he was operating crashed off Seven Sister Road in Haverhill, Massachusetts.

The Essex County District Attorney’s Office confirmed Bainter as the sole occupant of the vehicle. According to authorities, the truck left the road just before noon, striking another vehicle, then colliding with a house, and ultimately crashing into a tree.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene, but Bainter succumbed to his injuries. No additional injuries were reported, and the circumstances surrounding what caused the crash remain under investigation.
