The official medical examiner confirmed the deaths of three individuals involved in a collision that occurred in a residential area. The three victims were ejected from the first vehicle.

Investigators stated the initial pickup truck did not stop at a traffic signal before entering the path of the second vehicle. The incident took place at the intersection of state Route 138 and 110th Street West.

One of the surviving occupants, a minor, received critical injuries requiring immediate surgery. The driver of the other truck suffered only minor injuries.

The incident was captured on camera, and authorities decided against pursuing criminal charges.
