Fatal KY medical emergency death of Domnesha Scott
Kentucky State Police were alerted on July 4th after approximately 3:45 p.m. regarding an urgent health situation on the Moonbow Trail near Cumberland Falls in Whitley County.
The Whitley County Coroner’s Office confirmed that 32-year-old Domnesha Scott, who was visiting from Indiana, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Scott’s body has been sent for an autopsy, with the medical examiner’s office currently examining the circumstances surrounding her death. Kentucky State Police continue their investigation into this tragic incident.
