Law enforcement from multiple agencies was dispatched to a hotel in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania, following a warrant service that escalated late Thursday afternoon. The Pennsylvania State Police, the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, and the Shenango Township Police Department responded to the Park Inn by Radisson, initially seeking a suspect connected to the warrant.

The 46-year-old Tyrell Askerneese from Farrell, Pennsylvania, was pronounced deceased as a result of law enforcement actions.
