Kareem Hardial dies in fatal Hartford car crash

Fatal Hartford car crash death of Kareem Hardial, 30

Hartford authorities reported a fatal collision involving a motorcycle and an SUV in the early hours of Sunday morning. Police were dispatched to the vicinity of 1303 Albany Avenue shortly before 3:19 a.m. regarding the incident.

The motorcyclist, later identified as 30-year-old Kareem Hardial of Hartford, sustained serious injuries at the scene. Both Hardial and the SUV driver were taken to St. Francis Hospital; unfortunately, Hardial was pronounced deceased there. The driver of the SUV received treatment for minor injuries. Law enforcement is continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
