Fatal Lubbock car crash deaths of Ruiz Pardo and Alexandra Ordaz.

According to the Lubbock Police Department, two individuals have tragically lost their lives, with a third person sustaining injuries. This serious incident occurred during the early hours of Saturday morning in the southwest part of Lubbock.

Emergency responders arrived at the location shortly after 1 a.m. to find Ruiz Pardo, who was 28 years old, partially thrown from his vehicle. He was transported by ambulance to University Medical Center but was pronounced deceased upon arrival. Tragically, the other passenger involved, 31-year-old Alexandra Ordaz, also suffered fatal injuries after being ejected from the car. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the second vehicle, Jimmy Janssen, aged 34, was also involved in the collision. He sustained severe injuries and was taken to University Medical Center via ambulance for treatment. Police reported that Janssen was speeding in the 6600 block of Milwaukee Avenue when the crash occurred.

Investigators stated that Ruiz Pardo was moving south on Milwaukee Avenue, attempting to turn east into a nearby convenience store parking lot. His vehicle collided with Janssen’s car, which was going north on the busy street. Following the initial impact, Pardo’s vehicle crashed into a utility pole.
