Phoenix authorities have officially recognized the identity of a man who passed away following his arrival at a local healthcare facility with injuries attributed to firearms.
The unfortunate incident transpired on August 10th. When police personnel went to assist at a medical institution situated along 27th Avenue and Beardsley Road, they encountered a situation involving a reported shooting.
Upon their arrival, the responding officers discovered that an adult gentleman had been transported to the hospital, suffering from the effects of being shot. Despite the immediate medical efforts undertaken, the individual did not regain consciousness and was later confirmed deceased.
Phoenix Police have officially identified the deceased as a fifty-year-old individual named Salvador Carrillo.
