The local Coroner has officially identified the person killed during a shooting event that resulted in multiple injuries. Coroner Chris Hill announced the identity of the deceased, stating that 37-year-old LaPorsha Farr, from Spartanburg, was pronounced dead shortly after the incident occurred on Durham Place Road, located near Winnsboro, on Tuesday afternoon.

Emergency medical services personnel confirmed that another individual involved in the shooting was transported to Prisma Health Richland in Columbia for medical treatment. The current status of this second person’s health remains undisclosed.

Law enforcement officials are currently seeking three suspects, with investigators speculating that these individuals have departed the region. According to the deputies, there is no indication that the public is currently in immediate danger.
