Fatal Montgomery County accidental fall death of Madina Rhine
Montgomery County authorities are conducting a death investigation following the discovery of a woman off a roadway Wednesday night. Maryland State Police reported that they were called to the outer loop of Interstate 495 near the American Legion Bridge for a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers found an abandoned silver Toyota 4Runner on the shoulder of the road. Subsequently, they located a woman lying below the interstate on MacArthur Boulevard. The woman identified as 36-year-old Madina Rhine was pronounced dead at the scene. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services determined the cause of death was an accidental fall. The scene is currently being processed for evidence, with Montgomery County Police Department officers providing support.
