The Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office has officially identified the individual killed after being struck by a vehicle locally. The incident occurred on Saturday, the 16th of August, before 8:00 p.m. in the 300 block of Hearne Avenue. According to the medical examiner, the 40-year-old Blake Tannen received multiple injuries resulting from blunt force impact and was confirmed deceased at the scene of the accident.
