Fatal Hoover shooting death of Robert Stanley Loboda Jr.
Hoover police were alerted to the scene at the shooting range shortly before 5:51 p.m. on Wednesday. Emergency services dispatched to the location following notification that someone had been shot. Robert Stanley Loboda Jr., a man in his 55th year, was discovered by responding medical professionals. The Hoover Fire Medics pronounced the man deceased at the site of the incident around 6:10 p.m. The fatal injury was officially recorded as a self-inflicted gunshot wound by the coroner’s office.
