Fatal Oxon Hill shooting death of Nathaniel Stephon Grier

Prince George’s County authorities reported a tragic shooting incident occurring Wednesday in broad daylight on Indian Head Highway. The unfortunate event resulted in the death of one individual and injuries to two others. The deceased was Nathaniel Stephon Grier, a 25-year-old resident of New Carrollton. Grier was discovered outside, near the intersection of Indian Head Highway and the 4900 block area, shortly before 2 p.m. He was immediately pronounced deceased by emergency medical examiners at the location.

Prince George’s County Police confirmed that, besides Grier, a young person between the ages of 13 and 17 was also injured by gunfire during the incident. Fortunately, medical professionals assessed that this individual has a reasonable chance of recovery. A second, unrelated man suffered minor injuries and was treated on the scene.
