Fatal Prince George’s County motorcycle crash death of Camron Amirion Stroud

Maryland State Police received reports of a serious collision involving a motorcyclist and a large truck on Saturday evening. The incident occurred at approximately 7:32 p.m. on I-495 heading south, close to the Saint Barnabas Road exit.

The motorcyclist, identified as 21-year-old Camron Amirion Stroud from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was taken to the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center. Regrettably, his condition deteriorated and he did not survive the injuries he sustained.

Preliminary examination suggests Stroud was heading south on the highway when he made contact with the commercial vehicle traveling in the same direction. Officials have confirmed that this accident is currently being looked into by the Maryland State Police.
